Triaxis broken knob pot

Hi, I'm new here, and recently got a Triaxis in a trade (yay)
Problem is, the ouput A/B knob is kinda damaged and really hard to work with, I'm always scared to break it. Is it easy to change? I wouldn't even mind putting in a single pot controlling both outputs. Thanks!

My knob broke as well. I had to buy a new one from the factory. It was $17 about four years ago.
