Ever since I picked up my Tremoverb, it's had this buzzing noise whenever I turn the up the reverb. I've replaced all of the preamp tubes, and then replaced V1 and V5 again just in case either was faulty. Still buzzing. As soon as I turn the volume knob all of the way down, it goes away. Any ideas? I'm only running it at about 4 or 5 on the clean channel, and while it's not overbearing, it's still annoying.

sounds like it may be the reverb tank itself, theyre pretty cheap and easy to replace if you need to.
is it doing it only when you play or all the time when the reverb is turned up?

All the time when the reverb is turned up. As soon as I turn the knob to 0 or footswitch it off it goes away.

it could be that the (RCA) leads to the reverb tank are plugged in wrong, try unplugging them and giving them a clean and making sure they are plugged into the right hole in the tank. and make sure the connections from the amp are good too.
If its still buzzing try unplugging the tank totally and turning up the reverb to see if that makes a buzz.

Both the tremoverb combo I had previously, and the head I currently have buzz a little when the reverb is on. It is especially noticeable on the orange channel with vintage high gain. I hardly notice at practice levels, but at full band volume its very apparent when not playing. I've tried different tubes and various other methods over the past decade, the best I've come up with is to just kill it with the footswitch when i'm not playing.

That's a little disheartening to hear, but I love the amp...so I guess I'm tap dancing.

those amp are starting to get old,

maybe a good tech can chage a few things (caps, wires, ldr etc..) that could improve your tov. Not to mention a good clean up !
