Ok so I have a TriAxis & Simul 2:90 and it's amazing. But it's a bear to move and it gets me about 95% close to the IIC+ but that last 5% is making me firkin crazy so I'm selling it to buy a real IIC+ :| So I wanna ask you guys that have them for some help in finding the right one for me. I LOVE that old metallica tone. Yes I'm a tone fan boy pleas don't kill me for it. I love to play loud and thrash my socks off. I like fat heavy stuff to  .
I never use re-verb so I really don't need that.
Do I need the G-EQ or not? I hear the non G-EQ has more attack. I don't really understand why that would be, but that's what I read, and I love fast attack! On the other hand I hear the G-EQ plus a parametric EQ is essential in getting some of them grinding thrash tones I want so bad. I do see a lot of guys on Youtube getting AMAZING tone with just the 5 band EQ in the amp without running a parametric EQ.
Is having Simul class even necessary for the tones I'm looking for?
Can a non Simul class be made into a Simul class? If not I can always slave a Bugera 1980
