Hi, could someone tell me the retail price of a Mark IV in Canada?

You can't buy them anymore, unless someone has one in stock (highly unlikely).

I just got the last Mark IV widebody combo from the MB factory shipped yesterday...paid about US$2000.

The medium format should still be available.

It's over guys! As of today, the Mark IV is NOT listed on the Boogie website!
I'm SO HAPPY I got one XD

You can still find info here: http://mesaboogie.com/Product_Info/Out_of%20_Production/Mark_IV/mark_iv.html

They are listed in the Discontinued area. Something is going to happen soon. I can't see them completely discontinuing the Mark IV and Mark I forever. So something cool is going to happen soon...I hope. I was really thinking about getting a Mark IV.

So I faxed Mesa yesterday about the Marks and this is what they wrote back

"Yes, the Mark IV has been officially discontinued. Within the last year we have also discontinued the Mark I Reissue and Bass 400+. These were all amps that were 15+ years old and were essentially discontinued to make room for newer products like the Titan V12, M6 Carbine, Roadster and Express series amps.

Thanks for your continued interest in MESA!"

It's still funny that there is still a Mark Section on the site.

To me the Roadster is nice continuation of the recto line but not a replacement for the entire Mark Series. But then again they do that the Triaxis which is essentially every Mark in one box.

I still think there is something up!

The credit goes to Thindave, whom I got this from. He doesn't post much anymore though.

The guy I bought my IV from had an original manual. Needless to say, I have it now.

Browse through this exact thread. Most say the difference is negligible. Don't look at the version. Just get one at a best possible price.

Who says I don't post much anymore???

Here's a new question - has anyone come up with a smaller footswitch controller for the IV? I'm building a new pedalboard and would love to have something with just 3 or 4 switches on it to switch channels and maybe add EQ...

I'm open to doing it with midi as well since i have a cfx-4, but I've been having a difficult time finding a small midi foot controller

+1 for the CFX-4. For the foot controller, how bout this one:

It's the size of a stompbox. If one isn't enough, buy one more.
