Hey, I just got a g system to use with my dual rec and it sounds pretty crappy when i'm on channel 2 and 3 but good on the clean channel. It's like this, I can hear the EFX come through perfectly on channel one (I have it running in four cable mode BTW), anyway everything sounds great on the clean channel, but as soon as I switch to channel 2 or three for lead, NOISE NOISE NOISE, and the EFX (mainly using verb and delay for leads for now) become inaudible. So I consult the manual, tweak input and output settings, change around the FX Loop levels on the back of my amp and still crap. When I set the mix on the Loop to max I can hear the EFX, but then that just makes my gain saturation sound bassy and horrible but when i get a decent overdriven tone, I can't hear the EFX coming form the g system. Again, it works fine on channel 1, but 2 and 3 are no-goes. There is no noise form channel one, and a lot of bad buzzing from channels 2 and 3 and the efx do not work... any suggestions?

your problem is a ground loop. Break the ground connection of the amp or the G system and the noise will go away.

heh, after all of that annoying noise I realized that my insert loops for all of the presets were turned off. what a difference that made  there is still some noise, but i will take care of that later.
