Taking apart Recto 2x12 to regrille

Anybody know how to get the front grille off a recto 2x12? I'm looking to redo the grille cloth on it with a different style.
I'm wondering if the grille on the front is separate from the speaker baffle? I haven't taken the back off the 2x12 to look yet, just wondering.

The Grill is separate from the baffle. It is screwed in from inside the cab, through the baffle. Thanks!

be warned there are hundreds, if not thousands, of heavy duty staples to remove!

Is the grille clothe attached to a square piece of wood? I'm not touching what I'm taking out of it, I'll be building a new square or whatever you call it and attaching the new grille cloth to that.
