So... I noticed the other day my EQ or Loop LED wasn't working. No big deal. Also the Rhythm 2 switch doesn't seem to be working. Tonight I had some time so I figured I would take apart the footswitch to see what the problem is. I take the back off the fs and sure enough the Yellow wire heading to that end of the fs is not connected.
I also noticed while taking it apart that the cable had slipped out of the footswitch itself, I loosened the nut off and as I was pushing it back through I noticed this broken, what looked like, Orange wire. It's broke off about an 1/8 outside the sheathing of the cable. Figuring that was the problem with Rhy 2, I looked back inside to see where it goes... It doesn't seem to go anywhere. There is no wire that it broke off from.
Can anyone shed some light on this rouge orange wire?
