Hi.
I made some test recordings again and here is a soloclip from new song:
 http://koti.welho.com/ninhyyti/solotest.mp3
Im looking for solo that is fast, but has good bendings and some melody too... not just "note after note and faster than ever" solo.
Played with JP6, bass and midi drums.

Hope you enjoy it.
Give some comments, thanks

nicely done......i thought your tone for the solo was really good.....and I enjoyed your playing!

Thanks for your kind words Masque!
It's great to hear that.
I'm so happy to get good results with mesa, it's hard work and takes a lot of money but then you don't have to fix your setup and settings all of time, just play and practice.

Mesa just works!

others, any comments?

Nice work on the playing! As far as the tone, if it were me I'd drop the bass a little and give it a bit more of a mid gain kinda feel. But that's just me. How'd you record it?

Thanks man!
it´s not perfect, i know... just close enough to get some feedback what i got out of my gear.

I use 2x12 rect cab.
Mics are shure sm57 and sennheiser md421-II
They are recorded to their own srips and mix is: shure about 65% and sennheiser 35%
2 takes, 1 to left and 1 to right speaker at the mix.
solo is just one take
I used boss DS-1 at solo tone, all knobs are about 11 o´clock
Dual delay 250ms and 500ms 27% feedback
V-Shape EQ

Sounds good! The rhythm section is a little thin, but we are criticing the lead tone and it is great. Your playing is awesome!
