people sent them back for the mod.
i had one.
the sn was 8489, yes the face plate was changed, as well as pretty much everything else.

Yes - the IIC and IIC+ came in both 60/100 and Simul-Class.

They are about 50 / 50

If they swaped the board, then it is exactly the same as a regular C+.
