Looking to try to do this non-destructively. Was thinking of replacing the Simul-class/Class A switch with a switch that could just do triode/pentode, OR maybe use a 3-way, on/on/on, to give simul-pentode, simul-triode and class A, if possible. Another idea would be maybe replace the main "on" switch with a 3-way, like the Mark IV, basically instead of full/tweed mode, it could be up = on pentode, middle = off, down = triode.
Any of this possible? Any good reason to NOT do it this way? I always like to be able to go 100% back to stock if I can swing it, what do you all think? And how would I do it? Is there a good tutorial online for such a thing.
