ROV V2 channel 2 vintage help.

I need some help getting a good lead tone. It sounds more muffled than the modern setting. I use a TS upfront. Could somebody help me out?

I always start with EQ at noon, gain 1:00, channel master at 11-11:30, amp at band volume, then tweak from there.

Some more info from you would help, what guitar & pickups are you using? Any effects?

What type of music, and maybe a famous artist or two that has a similar tone to what you seek.
