Roadster 2 X 12 Combo Help with Loose Screw

Could someone with a Roadster 2 X 12 Combo have a look at these photos and let me know if this screw is supposed to be backed out like this ( ie is that how it is on yours). It has been like this since new. I tried to turn it with fingers and seems tight? It is located where the red circle is on the second photo. ( I love this amp buy the way!!!)

I believe it is a grounding screw for the shielding on the top half of the cab. It is a super long screw that contacts the foil on the cab at the top. I guess it is to make sure the foil is grounded to the chassis.

My rectoverb had one. You have to loosen it to put the chassis out.

I just checked mine and it has the same screw so I'd say it's normal.
