Rk repairs

So im told by the guys at guitar center that my rk1 needs repair. I bought it for 1900 at gc. They shipped it to me from a mesa repair shop. He said that he would call me back on monday telling me what to do with it. Should I have them handle it or call mesa myself. Ive heard its better and faster to send the repairs to their main factory than to a authorized shop. Anyone with experience or advice with repairs they would like to share?

I'm a Mesa Phase 1 Tech. I can honestly say that there aren't many people who I would trust with a Road King. Too many things to go wrong.

I would ship it back to the factory. You can call them direct, Monday through Thursday. Very nice people to deal with.


You can ship just the chassis too. This will save a bit of money.
