Relay Cable For G-System & Mark IV

Does anyone have a schematic / drawing for the relay cable between the two stereo relay jacks on the G-System, and the footswitch jack on the Mark IV?

I'm using the Y-cable setup into the external jacks now (requires 4 cables), but the footswitch jack route would be a cleaner one cable setup.

I didn't find one over at TC Electronics.

You're not talking about the Cat5 type of cable are you??

No. I'm talking about making a cable that replaces the footswitch, and allows the G-System to change amp channels on the MKIV.
