Rectoverb problem

Hey guys, I've got an issue with my rectoverb, it seems that on the clean channel my treble pot is acting up. Initially it sounds like the treble is all the way off, then if I turn the treble knob it intermittently comes back, that is until I play a note then it dulls out again. I'm hoping the pot is just dirty, but what do I clean it with?

Thanks, that fixed it right up, it was just a dirty pot afterall!
