Rectifier making loud sound upon putting into standby mode

I accidentally plugged my guitar into the output jack on the back. It was only in there for about 10 to 15 seconds. Once I realized this mistake I plugged everything back in correctly. Now channel 1 humms like crazy once turned on and then upon shutting down I put it into standby mode and it makes the craziest loud chirping sound. I have a video I can e-mail anyone who wants to witness this. Any help would be appreciated. I have gone through all the tubes and the sound continues.

Have you checked your guitar ? If you really plugged it into the speaker output, the pickups might be shot ...
