Recommended power tubes for MK III Green stripe?

I´ve recently bought a MK III green stripe 10/89 sn. 25877. It came with Mesa 6L6(STR440) and EL34(STR447) and I´m not sure of what condition they are in.

What power tubes do you guys recommend for this amp - I have been using the STR450 (Siemens NOS) in my Marshall, and I have an extra pair of those which I´m going to try, anything other you recommend?

Trying out SED "winged-C" 6L6GC next in my Purple Stripe. I've heard nothing but good things about them in several Marks. I know Brian at Tube Depot uses them in his Mark IV.

when I had my red stripe I had the ruby Winged C6L6's and JJ KT-77's in it and it sounded killer.
