random pop's

a buddy has a 2 channel recto, that has random loud pops..like once or twice every 20 min.
he has replaced every tube in it twice, along with cables and tried different guitars,but the trouble is still there...??

Is the amp plugged into any kind of power conditioner?

Try a different outlet that Is on a seperate circuit. Could be AC line noise.

no conditioner used..ran straight into the wall plug...it also does this with or without the loop being used.

My amps do this when my fridge turns on and off, its prob an appliance in the house on a thermostat or timer.
