You should check out Ephel Duath then, Softail. You might like their album "Pain Necessary to Know."

I had a Metal Muff and thought it was alright. Then I picked up an MXR Fullbore Metal...way better than the muff. Definitely worth trying out, its sweet and pretty cheap.
