Opinion: How is this for a value package???

Hey guys saw this on my local craigslist and wanted some opinons,
decent value, if everything is in good shape etc.. or way overpriced???

I think from the value point, its a great deal. But I'm not sure if the recording preamp tones are what you're looking for. A quick search of eBay's completed listings shows

2/50 power amp average selling price : 450
Recording preamp average selling price: 650
6 space rack should be about $100 - $150
Power conditioner about $100

We're talking about a Mesa studio pre, older not the recording pre, but thanks for the feedback!!!!!!!!!

Those prices seem fair. I bought my studio for 500 and my older 50/50 poweramp for around 550, so I think that anything around 500 a piece is pretty good for those alone. I'm about thinking about selling those by the way...
