Hello,all,

Just signed on - have a MKIII head, long chassis green stripe w/ EQ, a Quad Preamp, and a newer 20/20 power amp.

The III is stock, although I want to look into modding it to either add a pot to vary the Crunch volume (to be able to match it with the Clean channel), or maybe a fixed resistor change (or whatever it is,maybe a cap or 2 too?).

Anyway, I look forward to reading what y'all are up to.

I think the R2 volume mod will do what you want. It works great and allows you to balance the volume of all 3 channels.
