I've been looking at a couple of schools to pursue recording in. The first being Fanshawe College which is famous for its Music Industry Arts program that covers not only the recording side of the business, but also contracts, etc. The second school being a private school called OIART (Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology). I've been accepted to OIART already but still waiting on Fanshawe. If anyone has any experience with either of these programs input would be greatly helpful.

Thanks in advance!

Fanshawe is prestigious, however I only know a couple of people who actually got in without going there for General Arts and Sciences for a year. I've heard a little bit about OIART but not much. If you don't get into MIA, don't feel bad, about 95% of people don't get in, they'll give you automatic admission into General Arts. Hope this helps.
