Can anyone tell me if they have ever viewed a + with the serial number over 14,367 ?

I already know there is an exact 15,000 plate out there, but it's not what I am looking for.

Also, I need the part #'s for the 60 watt OT and PT and the 60/100 OT.

Gracias.

I almost crapped my pants when I saw the words "C+ help" and "boogiebabies" next to each other!

never seen one...sorry man. Give Mike B. a call. He's probably serviced one and may know those #'s.

I'm just putting together a few loose ends. With 14,350 from 4/05 and the MK III 15,114 from 5/14/85 I am just trying to get an end serial sequence for the C+. I think it ended in 4 or 5 of 1985 up to a possible 14,400.

BB

These are from an early 60 WATT C+
Part #' for the 60 watt OT T60-152019 EIA606-341

Part #' for the 60 watt PT 00-162310 EIA606-330

Hope this helps ..

Stu

I we are going to try and bust a big myth here.
"Myth Busters" Boogie Board style. I like the ring to it.
Which myth? The one about the Part #'s for the 60 watt OT and PT and the 60/100 OT? ;-)

Since this is stickied, it'd be cool if we could come up with some stickies detailing the history of the C+ and mark3's. Same would go for Rectifiers. These amps seem to be the ones most clouded in mystery and mystique and are a source of a lot of questions and threads.

There's tons of valuable info stashed in archived threads here...I wouldn't mind digging some up, if people help out.

mods...yes? no? maybe?

Leave it to Miguel to Hi-Jack a scientific study in favor of a pre 500 Dual Rectifier.

IIC+'s only please. 8)

This is all for the IIC+ for Dummies Guide. This is only like the third post I started since I've been here, so hook a brother up.

Still need to verify the 100W OT and the highest serial number.

Thanks Tony,

The X-62-162318 is awesome, also the 2/85 14014. Now we have the 60W Export tranny #.

Glad to see your off the rig.

What the hell are you guys talking about :?:

With the advent of seeing a MK III from 5/14/85 # 15114 and a production week of 13, I am trying to prove that the IIC+ production ended in 4/85 and the serial sequence was below 14400 because I have never seen one over 14367. The production overlaps in 3/85.
We know that the # 15,000 exists, thanks to Ian, but between 14367/400 to 14,999 don't seem to exist. Even at 12,500 to 14,367, you have 1867 IIC+'s.

So, here's where I am at.

I just worked on a DRG 6 from 6/84. This puts the start to 4/84. We have 14367 from 4/85, which overlaps with the MK III starting in 3/85. I'm thinking the IIC+ was finished in 4/85. It lasted one calender year as the finalized circuit. We all know about the early 12,400's have a mix, some odd or almost to the C+ circuit, but they are not necessary in the dead stock numbers produced.
