My current live rig:

There's a few things not shown like the road case it all lives in, a power conditioner, pedal power, etc..

I use a rack tuner that I leave in there for "look" (or because I'm lazy and haven't taken it out yet), but the boss tuner is by far superior. It's super accurate, even for low frequencies.

I use orange cabs to and they sound awesome...have you tried putting the maxon od808 in front of the Roadster? i know they are supposed to be the same circuit but it has a different feel for sure and makes for a purer tone...love the rig though fella what band do you play in?? would loe to hear how it all sounds.
