Much needed hotplate or attenuator

Some of the top posters in the mesa forums recommended me to get some kind of hot plate or something similiar to keep my amp quieter and have tube warmth.

I don't know if this falls under mesa gear,

But if anyone has something that will work, please contact me.

I'd look into the Weber Mass 150. I had one and it worked pretty well.
