Missing knob for Mark IVA

I purchased a 1992 Mark IVA short head a few months that is missing the knob on the DI Slave out post. It's purely a cosmetic issue because the DI slave works ok but I would like to put a knob on the post.

I tried Mesa but never got a response so I just resent them an email.

Anyways, if any of you have some knobs lying around that match the ones on the Mark IVA, just tell me how much and I'll buy two or three from you. I'm pretty sure knobs from the MK IV A or B will fit. There are pics of the knobs here:

Back in the days Mesa used to sell those 'spare parts kits', so maybe someone has some lying around, or mesa will sell you them.

Mesa answered my second email. I just got off the phone with them and ordered some knobs. They had supposedly replied to my first email but it must have gotten lost in the ether somewhere.
