Seriously though, if the mini rec's 25W can keep up with another 100W that's a seriously loud amp!

oh yah, I have nothing bad to say about the mini recto. It's an extremely fun amp to play.

Oh yah, it's loud. Specially in 25W modern mode.

yeah those JJ 83's arent the best out there, tungsols, gold lions JJ 803 are decent v1 tubes. I think you might like the tunsol for the crispy high end for cleans and higher gain. The JJ 803 does have a little less gain keep in mine so it may be better for the head room thing
