Mini Rec volume question

Can I just assume that the Mini Rec 25 will be just as loud as a 5:25+ ?

Mine are VERY loud. I haven't cranked a 5:25, but I doubt it is any louder.

I've never owned an Express but there wasnt much of a difference between my mini and my Single rec. Both are deafening loud when cranked. Some people are claiming that the mini falls short on the clean channel when gigging though. I dont gig so I couldnt tell you.

I'm gigging mine, but I run a direct box to FOH, so I don't run it that loud.

The clean channel definitely runs out of headroom if you want to play loud and squeaky clean, but if you're OK with a little dirt in it, it'll go loud. For very clean headroom, you will want 50W minimum, or to run into a satellite or a PA.

I have a 5:25+ and gig it all the time and only have the volume knobs under half!
I don't need any super cleans tones at all.
