Mesa Leather Cabinet Corners. Anyone know what they Cost?

I'm thinking of doing a re-tolex job on an Old Mesa combo cab. I had a few questions.

Anyone know how much mesa charges for a set of 8 with nails?

Any other suppliers carry these corners?

I spoke with Mesa a while back about these and they warned me they are very difficult to put on. I read here from some about soaking them in water for an hour or so. Is this true?

Any other helpfull hints on putting them on would be greatly appreciated.
