I got this in trade several months back. I can't lie and say I'm an expert on these. I would've been a toddler when they were reissued.
What I can tell you is that the person who traded to me said it been worked on by Mike Bendinelli and it does look to me like it has it's signature on it. I have a friend who works on tube amps who looked it over and biased it slightly hotter.
