Mark IV issue - Volume goes completely, fine after standby

Hey guys!
I've had this issue before that;s gone away on it's own but it came back last night during our freaking CD launch and I really want to get to the bottom of it.

Whilst playing, the volume just swells down to nothing, I put on standby, then back on, then fine again for a while longer.

Got any ideas of what's going on???

How old are your power tubes?
This is the 1st place I would start.

How long was the amp on Standby before the sound came back again?
How long were you playing before the sound went away?
How loud were you?
Does it happen to all 3 channels?
