Mark IV is amazing!

I'm digging the Mark IV I picked up. Been a Mark III guy for a while and have been
extremely happy with the Mark IV (B). A different beast than a Mk III..
Really digging the Clean & Lead channel. R2 is pretty low end heavy even with the bass on zero.
My years of dialing in a MK III really pays off on the IV.
Organic sounding on every channel. Lead channel is tight and focused..
Maybe I'll try a Mark V in 20 years!

Think of R2 as an extension to R1. Some nice tones in there. I use it with my SG quite a bit.

Love my Mark IV.

Yeah, I agree and spend most of the time on ch2 when gigging, crank the drive and ch master. I always get compliments when I use my IV.

I haven't felt the need at all to venture beyond the MkIV gen. Between that and my III + Quad, I think I have the Mark Universe well covered. 8)

The bass heavy sounds the IV can do with the lead channel are my favorite Mark sounds. The slower attack and just a huge sound.
