I have a Mark IV combo (B version) and at my last show the footswitch "freaked out!" In the middle of a song the LED lights on the footswitch began blinking and the amp changed channels several times. The channel "switching" stopped after I pressed R1 and I had no problems the rest of the show. This is of unacceptable during a live performance and I don't want it to happen again.
The only think I came up with was some sort of "power surge" triggered the problem...other than that I'm in the black. Anyone have any ideas?
Peace...

Calling mesa and asking them about this really seems the best course, they are extremely nice helpful people and have helped me understand what is going on with my Mark IV, I know the amp is extremely reliable, you did not say what year or how much road time it has.

I would call them
