Ok, so I need to call Mike on my Mark III. I'm sure it needs a cap job and maybe a once over.
I'd like to get more reverb out of it as well, and am considering a C+ mod.
What is the cost of all this, and turnaround time?
and, can someone post the phone #?
Thanks guys...

Call up and ask for Mike Bendinelli. He's not cheap, but he is Mike B.

Mike Bendinelli handles the repairs and mods to the Mark series amps. He's the go to guy for this type of work. He does have standard prices for his work. However, since there are a number of different mods prices vary according to what you want done.

Ax, you should do the basic reverb boost mod. It's very easy. It may give you enough reverb. If not there's another more extensive mod Mike can for you. Here's how to do it,

Remove the black wire from the effects return jack. Solder a 3.3K 1/2w resistor where the black wire was. Solder the black wire to the other side of the resistor. You may want to place a little shrink tubing at this joint. This will increase the amount of reverb. I don't know how much more, but it will be more.
So stock is,

Jack--wire,

Modded is,

Jack---resistor---wire
