Mark III Speaker Replacement?

The Eminence Texas Heat in my Mark III tames the icepick beast.

Will the Texas Heat fit a combo without any mods as far as the cab is concerned? Straight out remove and replace?

The narrow (17" chassis) combo will take the EVM 12L, with it's huge magnet, so the Texas Heat will fit with ease. Eminence connectors are push-ons, so you may need to solder those to the wire ends.

Thanks! I got a EV12L currently in the amp, so as you suggest, the Texas Heat will fit with ease....

A few minutes on Google will get you the specs on pretty much any speaker. Look for the measurement of "overall depth".
