What is this Mark III

Hi fellows,

I recently purchased a Mark III Combo.
It is a bit different than most of the pictures I've seen, and as there are many versions of it, I have decided to ask the specialists here.

Here are two pictures I took.

Based on my research, it is a Mark III Blue Stripe 60W with Reverb that was converted to 220V.
Is it correct?
