Mark III -Blue vs Green ...thoughts? advice? nuclear option?

Interesting. I considered trying a DPDT switch for tinkering with my Mark III. I was thinking about making the center position the outside tubes in pentode and all the way up having all tubes pentode. The down position would be stock/off. I think I may just use a DPST and only wire the outside tubes. I am still undecided. 8)

wiring the outside tubes is signifigantly easier than the inner tubes due to space. I'll get some pics of mine up as soon as I can find a decent digital camera to use.

I was going to put it where the Class A switch is on some amps. The far right back next to the cooling fins. 8)
