Mark IIB vent/grill

Hello everyone,
I'm new to the board, so if this topic has been covered, my apologies.

I just scored on a beautiful Mark IIB rackmount head. It has the bias adjust mod and the Post Effects Level mod, both performed at Mesa.

I noticed the front panel, below the amp controls is removable. Is there a grill available to replace the front panel? I'd like to move a little more air across the tubes when I mount it in it's rack.

hey, welcome,

even the Mark series in a head cab have a 1/2 inch piece of wood that covers the whole front thus stopping any air flow. the grill is just stapled to that. I suppose you could build one with holes and cover it. Does the rack mount have a fan inside? that should move some air and help it out.

is it 60 watt? if it is, then it doesn't need a fan just leave the back open
