I'd check the function of the bias pot and if OK, I'd leave it.
Droppers, as i said, my 60W has the 1k and 5.6k, but ultimately it's your call who U ultimately listen to.
Re cc's or wirewound or whatever.. For complete originality, go cc's from anywhere. Matthew might have them, or there's always Evilbay..
Personally I use wirewound and go for min 3W.
Bias caps are on the main PSU board - will be two and right near the boias pot.
Cathode caps will come off preamp sockets, pins 3 and 8.
Do a little googling and crash course in electronic componentry - it WILL pay off handsomely.
This thing is gonna scream when it's done..!!
