Lonestar and BOSS GT-pro

Hi Everyone, I am using a Boss GTpro with my lonestar,
I am using the Amp control switching on the GT PRO to control Reverb and Channel selection on the LS,
Does anyone have issue with popping noise when switching from Clean to dirty on the LS when using this switching system?

I'm not using the Boss, but are the channels on different power settings? it's not uncommon for pops between channels set to different levels. Mine's worse between 10w and 50w.

Perfect, thanks bro, never thought of the power settings,
set em both to 50w and the pop went away.
