Lets hear your Boogies in action....

Here are some solo tones that I use. I play a Strat through a Boogie Mark III combo (no stripe) with a Boss digital delay in the effects loop. Pretty simple setup.

Let me apologize in advance for the recording quality of these, done on a 4-track, then digitized, then mp3'd. It's ugly. But I think the tones are pretty typical for me from the lead channel.

I've heard the Randy Rhodes clip before, too. I'm still blown away. You did some killer sounding stuff in the second piece, but you sorta got buried during the first part of the clip.

OK, time to update that old posting of mine a bit:

I play in two blues/rock bands now, so I'm using my Mark IIB on more occasions, e.g. for a remix of the Indigo Rocks song "Set me free" where I added a rhythm and a slide guitar using my Tokai LS120. You can listen to the remix and some live clips on our Myspace profile:

And the Bluezz Bastardzz homepage has a live medley done with the Boogie now, it's #8 on the playlist and only in mono, because it's extracted from a video cam sound track.
