Possibly looking into getting one of these as they are around for bargain prices at the moment.
My question is: how responsive is the lead channel to picking dynamics and guitar volume changes?
My studio .22 is really great in this respect, my MKIII less so. Any info on how the DC2 and 3 compare to these (and each other), would be greatly appreciated.

I own a Studio Caliber which I hear is closer to a DC-2 than a Studio .22 and the lead channel is terrible with both. It's more of a Trey A. kind of thing, I mean good for making your fast runs more fluid sounding. It's very very compressed. The Blue Angel was similar, but the Blue Angel had great dynamics on top of everything else.
