Just got a Quad

I would love to try it with a strategy power amp, but I'd be terrified of the retube bill :shock:
I'm really liking lower wattage power amps more and more, I might get rid of my 50/50 in favor of a 20/20.

Many clips will be coming. Recording my bands album, and as the songs get done they'll be up on myspace and I'll post bulletins in the rigs and tones section. I paid $600 for mine, absolutely dead mint. Got it from the same guy I bought my Mark IV from, and got to choose between the quad, studio pre, and triaxis. I see them fluctuate between $500 and $800 but seem to pretty much be in the $600-$700 range.

+1 I Have been keeping my eye on the prices for a 2nd one.
I seen one go for almost $900. :shock:
Most people have them listed for $550 + though.

I picked mine up for $400. It came without the foot controller, and some wear and tear.

I made the mistake of buying my Quad without the footswitch. I tried to run it with a Midi Matrix, but that's too complicated for me. I got a footswitch later on ebay. Now I love it! tt
