John Petrucci Prescence Settings

Anyone know where John Petrucci used to run his presence settings when he used original Mark IIC+ heads? I can find pictures of the front panels of several former rigs of his online, but I don't know where the presence is set because it is on the back of the heads I believe. I'm looking for his lead tone in particular. I wasn't able to find this info in a search of the forum unfortunately. Anyways, any info would be appreciated. -Jack

I know he runs it at about 11 o'clock on the Mark V in IIc+ mode, supposedly it's the same preamp so maybe a good place to start
