Well the Boogie Dealer here has a 30 day return policy and have extended the full exchange policy longer than 30 days for me in the past so I would say FULL price. If it is you wondering what you should be asking for the amp from a buyer... you should be able to exchange the amp for a different model or brand or item in the store. If you are thinking of buying it from someone you should be paying full price if they are just wanting a different item. Now if the seller or buyer just want the cash then probably full list price is still fair as there is no tax being topped onto the list price as it is private sale. Therefore the buyer will still be saving $$$ by not paying tax. The seller will have to eat a bit of the $$ for buying the amp and now needing someone to take it off their hands... but the buyer shouldn't be too greedy either. a savings of $100 or so off of the original retail price = taxes would seem reasonable.

Now if this amp is past the exchange return policy period I would say from past experience that 80 - 85% of the retail price not including any sales tax would be the like range for that amp. But again if there are 3 pimple faced teens drooling over the thing at the same time... all bets are off and you're at the mercy of the free market! ;)
