How many people with mini recto 10 watt issue?

Hi guys,

Frequent lurker and first time poster here. I own a lone star special and a mark v head. I just joined the recto fold yesterday by ordering a mini rectifier. I played one at gc and loved the tone but decided to order it through Sweetwater. Anyway, I've read a few of the posts about the issue with 10 watt mode resulting in cutting out of sound and the need for some folks to have mod work done by mesa to fix this issue. So my question is: how many people have been affected by this issue-- is it very hit or miss or is it something that everyone may need to get Done?

It's been almost a year since I got my mini. No 10w issue with mine.

The 10W issue is just Mesa's way of reminding you that you should really be on the 25W mode

So three hours later I emerge from my studio -- it is incredible! Using a suhr koko boost to get a tiny bit more gain. Wow!

Congratulations! I too use a koko boost and prefer it over maxons.
