Whats the best route to hook up pedals? I talked to Mesa and the tech stated Serial loop. I obviously want to keep the tone of my amp. Doesnt that bypass it? Suggestions please. Loops or front of amp, if loop, serial or parallel.

I have the following pedals;

1. Wah pedal, Cry Baby from Hell
2. Tuner
3. Ibanez CS9 Chorus
4. Line 6 DL4 Delay
5. MXR evh Phaser
6. MXR Zak Overdrive

In addition to suggetions on how to hook up, what order would you place them.

Thanks guys

This would be my setup with your pedals.

Guitar---> Mxr Zak Overdrive--->Wah Pedal---> Tuner--->Roadking(in front of amp)

Efx loop(serial loop): Chorus---> Phaser---> Delay

I mix @ about 30% so I wont lose my tone.

Hope this helps. This order should help your signal run smoothly.

Good luck getting modulation FX to work in the FX loop.... I had a hard time getting modulation FX to work in my Triple recto unless I put them in front of the amp. The Delay and reverb worked fine in the loop, but not the chorus, phayser, flange, or BBE. Just a little FYI..... This doesn't mean dont try it, but don't be surprised if it doesn't work. :(
