Help with this valves in my Mark IV - matched?

I wanna get some EL34s for my Mark IV, and I came across these: http://www.langrex.co.uk/images/valves/EL34 Svetlana.jpg

17th down on the right, the Svetlana Winged =C= ones.

They appear to just come as single valves; can I just buy 2 and whack them in the outer slots?

They need to matched in terms of idle current draw, and must be within the Mesa fixed bias range. If the dealer is KNOWLEDGEABLE (as some are), tell them the specific application (e.g., Mark IV inner/outer sockets) and they wil be able to provide you with the correct tubes. But not all dealers are knowledgeable enough. Some just push tubes. I'm sure somewhere here can steer you to good dealers in the U.K.. Try posting this question in the Tubes sub-forum as well.

I've sent them an e-mail explaining what amp I have etc.

I know I can get matched ones from specialist guitar valve places, but this website has all the old rare ones.
