Help with this cabinet model

It is a 4x12 slant top half open back. The top two speakers say Black Shadow/Celestion. What is the model number and what is it worth? I've had it 20 years and hardly used it due to it's size. I usually use a Marshall 1-12 with a MarkIII head and was thinking of unloading this beast. I would put up a pic but can't figure out how. Thanks,

Take off the bottom panel and see what speakers are in the bottom too.

The bottom speakers say mesa black shadow model ms-12 150 watts
the top say black shadow model mc-90 by celestion 90 watts the bottom speakers have bigger magnets then the top.
