Hey guys. I may have a very good deal lined up for a Dual Recto Halfstack. The Problem: I live in Canada and the rig is in the US. I am wondering if I can fill out a NAFTA cert. that can be found online to certify that this is an American made product and does not require duty fees. I was also wondering if I had someone with dual citizen pick it up would they be able to just claim it is theirs to cross the border. Are there legal ramifications for this?

i'd have it shipped to you with a lower declared value, or if you know someone in the US then you can have them purchase it and send it to you as a "gift" i believe.
